Our extra virgin olive oil, with its delicious taste and aroma, is perfect for use on salads, toasted bread and for all kinds of cooking.
The oil is obtained from Leccino, Frantoio, Moraiolo and Caninese olive trees. Our walnuts, of the ‘Sorrentina’ variety, are good raw or for baking in cakes. Chestnuts of the Marrone and Fiorentina varieties are delicious roasted.
Our dining room is reserved for guests, and use is made of home-grown products in season with an accent on the cooking of the Viterbo region. Of particular note are our pasta and bean soup, acquacotta (a vegetable and bread soup), aubergines with Parmesan cheese, home-made pasta such as fettuccine, lasagne and cannelloni, ravioli stuffed with spinach and ricotta cheese, roast lamb with potatoes, meat grilled on the barbecue, rabbit ‘hunter style’, chicken in tomato sauce and an excellent home-cured sliced ham.
All served with our excellent olive oil and with seasonal vegetables and fruit.
